Thank you Chad and Lee for repairing the burst recycled water inlet pipe in our property! What a relief for us that we can now sleep through the night and not thinking that the pipe may burst again at any time from the temporary capping made. These guys are very genuine professionals who will explain everything they will do from start to finish. They are not the ones who will just do the job for the sake of money. We had Matt come out to look at a leak through our ceiling that had gotten worse from rain. He did a really wonderful job, ran me through all the details and showed me photos of what was happening. He also gave me insight into some other things that were wrong that we didn’t know about with water pressure, our air con and other leaks. He was very knowledgeable, bright and bubbly. All-round friendly guy and provided a wonderful service. Will definitely be recommending Matt to other people as well as getting him out again in the future when needed.
